Las Vegas, Nevada, Siena is just 15 min. from the airport and the fun and excitement of the Las Vegas strip. Las Vegas’ Siena is a guard gated community and will have around 1800 homes when it is completed. Home sizes range anywhere from 1250 sq. ft. to large custom luxury homes that are over 3,000 sq. ft. Las Vegas’ Siena’s amenities include 18 hole golf course, lakes, waterfalls, theater and ballroom, exercise facility, saunas, tennis courts card rooms, bocce ball court, hiking and biking trails, pools, spas fitness center, waterscape, and more.  The pool and exercise area is beautiful.  The main community center is now finished and is luxurious by any standard. In my opinion it is by far the best, given its size, of any of the local age restricted community centers. The same applies to its sports and fitness center. Siena's direct local competition is Las Vegas’ Sun City Anthem, which opened around the same time. Prices at Siena are slightly higher for comparable product.  Siena was built by Sunrise Colony Corporation who also built many of the homes located in Red Rock Country Club.
