The project was originally planned to have two towers, however, a third tower is now being built.  The existing two towers are both sold out.  They are each 24 stories high and feature 320 units.  Because it is constructed parallel to the Strip, Panorama Towers offer very good views of the Las Vegas Strip.  There are 20 floor plans to choose from.  Square footage ranges from 700-4,500 square feet.  In addition to the towers, there will be town homes surrounding the pool area. 

Amenities include a 500 square foot fitness center, yoga and Pilates, one-acre pool, spa facilities, indoor racquetball court, valet parking, screening cinema, dry cleaners, gourmet grocery store and a bakery.  The first tower will be completed by 2006.  Association fees range from $280 to $1,800 per month.
