Downtown High-rise Condos

The Sandhurst Las Vegas, one of many luxury high rise condominium projects in Las Vegas, Green Valley and Henderson, Nevada, is planned to be located downtown in beautiful Las Vegas, Nevada.  This luxury condominium project will be visible from the Interstate 15 between the downtown and Charleston Ave. exits.  It is located near the Las Vegas Strip, only minutes from Green Valley and Henderson, Nevada, and offers easy access to many shops, restaurants, Las Vegas luxury homes and golf course communities.  The Sandhurst Las Vegas will have one tower with plans to top off at 35 stories high. It will hold 413 units and include a parking garage with 703 parking spaces for residents.  Lower floors will dedicate 35,000 square feet to commercial space for retail shops and restaurants with room service.  The Sandhurst Las Vegas will also feature a 26,000 square foot luxury European health spa and club, a pool, an onsite concierge service and a 24-hour valet and security service.  Additional amenities include a 6,000 square foot great room with billiards and a theater in addition to a 3,000 square foot terrace. 

Sandhurst Las Vegas luxury condominium real estate includes residential units that will begin on the 7th floor and run through the 27th floor.  Each unit offers 9’6’’ ceilings and range from 800-2,000 square feet.  Two-story luxury penthouse units start on the 28th floor and run through the 31st floor.  They offer 12’ 6’’ ceilings and range in size from 2,400 to 4,700 square feet.  The luxury penthouse duplexes are located on the 32nd to the 35th floor and offer 10 to 12 foot high ceilings.  The kitchen and baths include granite and marble.  The developer’s long-range plan is to acquire land around The Sandhurst Las Vegas and expand the property to provide more upscale amenities for residences.  The Sandhurst Las Vegas plans to be built as a luxury gated condominium tower and is scheduled for completion in late 2006.
