In addition to the many luxury homes for sale in Las Vegas, there are also many luxury high rise condos for sale in Las Vegas.  Soho Lofts features a unique Art Deco style high rise that showcases trendy loft living.  It is planned to be the first loft condo project in downtown Las Vegas. 

It is located on 900 South Las Vegas Blvd near the corner of Hoover.  Soho Lofts will be one story high, have 16 floors and contain 120 units.  112 units will be flats and 8 will be 2 story penthouses.  1 and 2 bedroom floor plans are available for flats.  Prices range from $350,000 to $1.9 Million.  Floor plans range from 1,336 to 4,000 square feet.  The first floor is planned to be retail and floors 2-6 are planned to be parking.  Residential units will begin on the 7th floor and end on the 16th floor.  Association fees are $395.00 per month for all units excluding penthouses, which have not yet been decided.

Interior amenities include 11 foot ceilings, sealed concrete floors, imported Italian cabinetry, exposed mechanical systems (ductwork and piping) and gourmet stainless steel kitchens.  Community amenities include a 24 hour doorman, a state-of-the art fitness center and spa, a five-story secured and enclosed garage and a spacious sun lounge and rooftop deck.  North and South facing units will have great views of the Las Vegas Strip and Freemont Street.  Units can be purchased as open New York style loft or can be framed up as a one bedroom with a den or with a two bedroom.
