In addition to the many luxury homes for sale in Las Vegas, there are also many luxury high rise condos for sale in Las Vegas.  Platinum is planned to be one building with 16 stories and feature a total of 255 luxury condominium units.  These luxury condominium/hotel units will be sold furnished.  There will be 245 one-bedroom units and 10 two-bedroom units. Completion of Platinum is scheduled for the end of 2006.

Amenities include a luxury spa, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, 8,440 square feet of meeting space, including a 4,500 square foot terrace overlooking the Las Vegas Strip, a restaurant, poolside lounge, lobby café and an upscale bar.  Residences will vary in size from 911 square feet up to 2,166 square feet.  Each suite features upscale amenities such as walk out terraces, 42 inch plasma screen TV’s, oversized whirlpool baths, fireplaces, 24-hour room service, town car service and complimentary high speed internet access.  Each suite also has a complete kitchen resembling that of an upscale luxury home or estate found in Henderson or Las Vegas.  Granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, a separate dining area, living room, one or two bedrooms and a spacious luxury bathroom are all features in each suite at Platinum.  Views of the Las Vegas Strip and mountains are also a plus. 

If you are in the management company’s rental program, you may use the unit for a total of 60 days per year.  If you are not, you may use the unit for 29 consecutive days.  After 29 days, you must vacate the unit for at least one day. After you have vacated the unit for one or more days, you may return for another 29 days. This continues so on and so forth.  It may be repeated throughout the year.
